Advanced Functions and Modeling

A five-day intensive workshop focusing on the new course Advanced Functions and Modeling, which was added to the 2003 Standard Course of Study to meet the UNC System's new entrance requirement of a fourth math course having an Algebra II prerequisite. The NC Mathematics and Science Education Network (NC MSEN) is designing this workshop for teachers who will be teaching the AFM course.

June 7-11,2004 at UNC Charlotte campus.

 3.0 Renewal Credits (graduate credit is not available for this course).

 $25 CMSTE registration fee; $50 after March 31.
